PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION SECURITY

Payment is made upon delivery of the product or before shipment with one of the following payment methods:

1. COD on delivery of your order to the address you have stated.
2. By credit / debit card Visa / MasterCard / Maestro / Diners of any bank (no extra charge).
3. With PayPal (no extra charge).
4. Using the Masterpass e-wallet (no extra charge).
5. By deposit in a bank or via e-banking (direct online bank transfer) at the following details:

For any payment from another bank the commission for the bank transfer is charged to the depositor.

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform that uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

SHIPPING METHODS TRANSPORTATION AND COURIER

GREECE

Shipping costs are FREE for purchases over € 500. In case of inaccessible area the shipping costs are 50 €. (including cash on delivery costs in all cases)

Delivery time:

If you are in Attica or any other city in Greece (excluding islands and inaccessible areas) the delivery time is 1-2 working days.

In islands and inaccessible areas the delivery time is 2-5 working days.

– Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturday (deliveries can be made after consultation with us and having an additional charge of 20 €).

– Sundays and holidays no shipments / processing and delivery of orders.

* Orders completed on Friday are delivered from Monday.

* In the case of national holidays, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders.
