Every return is made exclusively through the courier company we work with.

If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own risk and expense.

In case of company error in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by our company.

The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed. As for the linen not to have been opened from their packaging and not to have been washed.

Discounted products are not returned after purchase.
