PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION SECURITY

Payment is made upon delivery of the product or before shipment using one of the following payment methods:

1. Cash on delivery upon delivery of your order to the address you provided
2. With a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or Diners credit or debit card from any bank (no additional fees)
3. Via PayPal (no additional fees)
4. When using the Masterpass digital wallet (at no additional charge)
5. By bank deposit or via e-banking (instant electronic bank transfer) to the following account details:

For any payment from another bank, the fee for the wire transfer is charged to the depositor.

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s «Alpha e-Commerce» by Alpha Bank, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). This process encrypts information until it reaches the intended recipient, who can then decrypt it using the appropriate key.

SHIPPING METHODS: TRANSPORTATION AND COURIER

GREECE:

Shipping is FREE for purchases over 500 €. For hard-to-reach areas, shipping costs are €50. (Cash-on-delivery fees are included in all cases.)

Delivery time:

If you are in Attica or any other city in Greece (excluding islands and remote areas), delivery takes 1–2 business days.

For islands and remote areas, delivery takes 2–5 business days.

– Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays (deliveries can be arranged by contacting us and are subject to an additional charge of 20 €).

– There are no shipments, order processing, or deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

* Orders placed on Friday are delivered starting Monday.

* During national holidays, there may be delays in the delivery of orders.
